Kalani cancelled my booking without providing any notification to me and has taken my deposit.
I paid her a $300 deposit for a $800 1hr PSE booking. When I checked with her 2 hours before the booking time, she informed me that she cannot meet me as she has made other plans, the reason being that I did not send her another confirmation message the morning of, even though the deposit was paid in full and the date, time, and place was already agreed to before I placed the deposit 1 week before the appointment date.
I tried to ask if the deposit could be refunded or if the booking could be rearranged to a different date, and she said that I 'left it too late' and refused to do so.
I've booked with other escorts in the past, and whenever I've paid a deposit, it's assumed that the booking has been secured. She deliberately set a predatory and arbitary policy where she a client's booking can be assumed cancelled unless you send a text message the morning of before 10 am. I did not receive a notication that morning that she intends to cancel, nor did I get a text asking if I still wish to proceed.
Clearly, she views this as a loophole to get easy money; otherwise, why wouldn't she send a simple text message to ask her client before cancelling without warning? Instead, she expects her clients to remember her arbitrary confirmation policies the day of the booking, hoping that they would forget so she can take their deposit.
The fact that she asks for almost 40% of the total booking fee as a deposit tells me that this happens often, and she uses this method to profit off of unaware clients.
Upon further investigation it seems she used to operate as Khaleesi Brock before rebranding to Kalani Brock. I would not be surprised if the reason why she had to rebrand was because her money hungry predatory reputation caught up with her, her treachery knows no bounds.
